Firemonkeys Response Time is Unacceptable

I have spent hundreds of euros on this game and I do not accept the totally incompetent support from Firemonkeys.  If things do not improve rapidly I will be making a chargeback for all the money I have spent in the last 3 months.  I filed a ticket a week ago over not receiving cash shop items and still have not received ANY response.  It is way beyond the point where EA need to put their foot down and demand Firemonkeys provide much much better support than they currently do.

  • Man!! Hope you can solve your problem, I had a opened ticket for almost 3 months and at the end they solve my problem, but that's true, FM is taking ages to solve the problems and the support team is always busy. Seems like is only one guy doing it, I submitted 4 tickets and always was the same guy answering and in another post another players said the same guy answered to them, so I believe FM is taking ages to solve the problems because their team doesn't have enough people.

  • Lol, just filed a ticket (for that forbidden race in chapter 19) and got immediate (automatic) response that they are overwhelmed and it may take a while. So we will see...

  • Well after waiting 2 weeks I have now sent EA a letter informing them if I don't have the matter resolved in 48 hours I will commence a claim through the courts to recover my payment.  Enough is enough.
