Frame Rate Drops in NFS Most Wanted PC

I'm wondering if this is normal... my frame rate drops to the low 20s sometimes evecn 15 in certain scenes but usually stays around 25-35 and in some areas goes up to 60fps

So it seems that a lot of us are having the same issue. We all have the recommended specs or higher and we are experiencing stuttering in populated areas where the frame rate in some cases will cut in half. Some people get a steady 60FPS though and I'm curious why some people have stable frame rate and others are experiencing drops that make it hard to play. Thank you EA for reading into this situation and I'm hoping this gets addresses in a future patch.

you've hit it on the nose. The game is not properly utilzing hardware and the framerate is poor even with lowered settings.
Same problem - severe stuttering - game completely unplayable ☹️ fix please
