Game Crashing

This game is pissing me off now. So first I pre-ordered it right. So I get it the day it releases but now the code for the KS Evo doest work. 3 days later dealing with customer service and all they say is it's a common problem that will be fixed soon. It's the 15th of November and it still doest work. 

On top of that the damn game keeps crashing. Grind to 740k then it crashes. Save progress and everything but wipes the money because it couldn't connect to the server. Restart the game, connects to server. Now I have to re-sync local data with server data because it's not the same. I re-sync, Still no money. This happened 2 times now.

Same goes for races. Some times it will crash in the middle of a race. My playstations working fine. Still got about 240GBs free. Heat is the only game that does this...
