Game progress reset still have 1million credits and over 400 speedcards help

This is the second time this has happened to me. I originally got the game in 2018 and had completed the game and stopped playing it for roughly 2 years. I redownloaded it roivhly 5 days ago as a ps plus game and noticed my progredd was reset, but I had over 400 speed cards and ql1 million credits. Nearly 20 times more than I remember having. I log on today and notice ut has done the same thing again. I also had to delete it and redownload it again because of storage issues l, but if someone could help that would be nice.
