About two years ago, I tried to play NFS Heat, and to my surprise, none of my saved data was uploaded to the game. I have live chatted with two agents about this issue, and no solution. I've tried all of their guides. Any tips I'm on PS4

EA support does not have the ability to return your progress. You will just have to start playing the game all over again.
I have experienced this issue myself, so I can understand the frustration.
Hard to tell, the issue itself has been in the last 3 or 4 NFS games. I remember having the issue from NFS Payback and NFS Heat, but players have reported issues in NFS Unbound as well.
No idea why it happens, but many players have experienced it. Just searching the forums, you can see the amount of cases over the years with exactly the same issue as you have reported.
I appreciate the response. Any idea as to why this happens, I have the progression files locally and in the cloud it just won’t appear
