Game unloaded and lost 2 earned levels
I was playing nfs heat and I was in a cop chase at heat level 4 and I noticed in the background game parts of the map just started to disappear and then everything else as in the buildings and trees ...

It sounds like the game may have had a performance issue, that resulted in it being unable to save progress.
We can give the following steps and try and check if this happens again.
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
