Game won't lauch if closed improperly

So I get this issue second time today and downloaded game already twice. Repairing, cleaning origin cache won't help, only full reinstall of everything. This happens if game was closed using alt+f4 or task manager, and I had to use it because game stuck. First time on it's own, second time when it was alt-tabbed for a while the screen was very small and game completely unresponsive.

If you try to lauch game after that, it'll just show black screen without doing anything but wasting CPU time. It's learly not about "corrupt saves" or anything, I can download cloud save on next reinstall and everything works fine.

Is there a way to fix that piece of brilliant engineering without reinstalling game every time? I had same issue with Sims, and I believe this is Origin fault.
