how do i transfer my NFS heat data from my xbox to my pc??

I recently got a new PC and I downloaded EA and have Xbox game pass, and I downloaded NFS heat and when I open it, it's like I never played the game before. How would I be able to load my save data o...

    @EA_Aljo Why i have save’s when im play on PC on Xbox Cloud Gaming then i start play on local Game in NFS Heat don’t have save’s? What is this? Can you talk? I don’t understand that.

      Xbox cloud saves don't transfer to the PC version of the game.
