HOW TO GET TO SETTINGS on PC

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get to settings ON PC!!!! The key bindings are dumb, the manual is uninformative. I've spent 30 minutes trying to get this set up to work for me to no avail. I have...

    @seanpaul764 ESC tog et to the menus and Q and E to switch menus and arrow keys while in the menus.
