i bought need for speed payback deluxe edition and cant get the new cars

I PRE ORDERED NEED FOR SPEED PAYBACK DELUXE EDITION AND BEING ASKED TO PAY FOR EVERY CAR PACK, I CONTACTED EA & THEY SAID IT WAS A BUG SO POST HERE, IN OTHER WORDS THEY CAN'T GIVE ME WHAT I PAID £80 FOR. 

I BOUGHT DELUXE ESPECIALLY FOR FREE DLC.

THIS BUG HAS BEEN AROUND SINCE THE SPEEDCROSS UPDATE SO BUG IS OLD.

-HAPPENS MOSTLY TO DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ON PS4 PLAYERS...

Do we now have to pay for future DLC cars??

so every car pack is now for sale to deluxe owners too?  Please Clarify.

My Scenario Example: You buy a product because it comes with a lifetime warranty and then the company says a year later  "sorry, the warranty is unavailable for you to have and no longer covers the product anymore cuz of a bug, my specialist said go post your problem at EA Answers because there's nothing we can do to help."  IT'S A BIG FU for Deluxe Edition owners...

In Need For Speed PayBack I don't get the 2 new cars, the aston martin db5 and the pontiac. I have the deluxe edition and I still have to pay for them?

Same here, EA states "Available stand alone purchase" on the newswire,  which is not what I paid for at the time. Do they mean this for non deluxe owners or they mean they said  we gunna now charge for future DLC. This doesn't sound right. Glad we are on the same page!!

yep a bad move by EA but was told it was a bug so someones doing the dirty.

What's happening ????

Two new cars is not free for deluxe edition ??? Reason of losing your members....! In the mode of comparison between EA and other game makers, This trend is unreasonable.
