I want to remove exhaust flames

I want to remove exhaust flames from NFS Payback as they're so oveeused and it occurs on every car regardless of it being bone stock. How can I remove flames all together on PC? I like the sounds, I just want to remove the visual flames. Can someone help me? Thank you.

    This is so true. The flames are ridiculous, you can tune the overrun for the pops, it should affect the flames, on some cars i i dont want a 2step style flamethrower. I wish we could change this
