Is "Need For Speed Most Wanted" gonna be any good on the PsVita?

You can watch a gameplay video here. I'm not sure it will come with the pre-order bonuses but I saw the BMW M3 GTR from the old most wanted in this game.

I've heard that the PSVita version will be equal to the PS3 version but I don't recall where.
