Is there a solution for the unsaved controls?

So the game is out for 2 months. Is there a solution for the unsaved controls settings for PC now?

    Try to create another windows account without accents and start the game in this account. It should work.

    My Username consist of one letter "с", looks like english, but there is russian letter. (
