It wont let me download NFS: Hot Pursuit because of an error.

 When I opened Origin, I clicked "my games library" then I selected NFS: Hot pursuit to download. I clicked "download" and I was getting stuck on "preparing download. But after some minutes, the download stopped and showed me a pop- up saying: An unexpected error has occured. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 196613:200. And this happens on every game I try to download. help!
