I did some further research into this but your account and language settings look fine. Please contact a Game Advisor and they will issue you a replacement code to see if that solves the issue.
Please note (if relevant) for Russian or Polish versions of the game, we cannot change the game version to English. If in that case you think you've received a wrong code upon purchase, then please contact your retailer.

Wanted to say that reinstalling the origin client in the default directory solved it for me. I had Origin on the D:\ drive; this game insisted it be on the C:\

It didn't work for me. Please tell me you have a real solution other than re-install the origin or reinstall the game because it didn't work at all.
I've reinstall the game and the origin times but it doesn't work like it should.
