Is there a list of the max PR for all cars somewhere? If not can anyone who has maxed out a particular car post it and I will compile a list.
I have a couple to start:
Impreza WRX - 703
Skyline GT-R R32 - 768

Actually, not really, probably because its spoilers. The best you can find is the list of series and its rewards: http://nfs.wikia.com/wiki/Need_for_Speed:_No_Limits/Car_Series
Usually it is about one rank of parts lower than cars maximum (that is maxed out car and full rare/new epic parts for classic sports and muscle cars, at the epic/legendary boundary for sport cars and higher etc.). It is different for SE cars (it is said Viva L'Italia - Huracan and F40 - cannot be finished at all, and Lunar Rides needs 7* car to finish). On the other hand, there are cars where the requirements are significantly lower for their series - namely Supra and Viper, from what I remember.
