Well here we are again. I have just purchased NFS Most Wanted. I want to return this product for a full refund. Why do your developers continue to create such great ideas for racing games but then do not properly support a descent racing wheel. If you want to have a descent racing game, don't you think that it would be a lot smarter to support racing wheels? Oh yeah the G27 kind of works but only barely. This is the same issue as with Hot Pursuit and probably all your Criterion racing games. If you need to try a product that works well with the G27 then try NFS Shift2 and NFS The Run. These 2 games will show you how the wheel is suppose to work. Why do you continue to release products that do not work properly?
How can you refund me my purchase of NFS Most Wanted since you aren't able to deliver a good product? I want a refund or you fix the game properly. I will no longer purchase anything by Criterion. The engine sucks. Check out the Frostbite engine in The Run just in case you don't have any clue what a better engine is.
I would have figured that anyone developing the game would have developed it with wheels in mind primarily rather than an xbox controller since we are talking cars. Some of us actually use a wheel for a driving game. You frustrate me because I would have thought that after all the people complaining about previous games you people would have actually done something by now but oh no, you released a product once again that does not deliver. You are so close but so far away.
Of course I don't expect a response from this email since most companies these days do their best to ignore the end customer since we are all so stupid right?
Ripped off again.
We can try to assist you but you did not really described what is the issue with your peripheral.
Maybe this article can provide some information.
Setting up a Controller/Peripheral for use with a PC
In order to calibrate a controller/racing wheel/peripheral for use in supported titles, you simply need to install the software that came with the item. Additionally, you may be able to visit your controller/peripheral manufacturer's site to download drivers and other software that may assist you in getting the most out of your gaming experience.
Here are some of the common manufacturers of peripherals. This is not an inclusive list, and may not list all manufacturers
