Hi,
I bought the BMW M3 EVOLUTION II E30 and started a race. Near the finish line my internet connection dropped and I got kicked out of the game. When I reconnected the BMW was gone and so were the money I paid for the car. I thought I had just lost progress, but when I checked the My Progress tab it did confirm I had earned around 43k which is what I had before I bought the BMW. My car dissapeared and so did my money... I essentially lost about 3 hours worth of grinding and I'm stuck with the Civic.....
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I did raise a support ticket and all I got was to play for 30 minutes and see if the car comes back which is obviously not a perfect solution.

In order for us to investigate this further, we need the following information from you:
Platform: PS4 / XB1
Which car: Which car had the issue
Time or lost content: Exact time the problem happened. For example 06:30pm GMT. If you don't know your time-zone, add region of country
