Win10 only?45GB of free space?How come the game still requires hardware which dates back to the original game, yet it needs the disk space and a OS from today?Technical answer please.

45 GB?The original HP2010 is 7/8 GB at most.How can 9 cars and upgrade texture make the game 5 times larger than the original?Since when can dev realize players need fun gameplay not fantastic graphic?
