Need for Speed - The Run not working XBOX 360 sign saying the disc is unreadable

Hello,

           I have a question to answer please could it be answered quick

The question I have for you Is  I recently bought a game (Need for speed The Run) I placed it in the XBOX then a message came up saying (This disc is unreadable) and then  after 2-3  times, it was saying (Reading) but took long to load and then  said the previous message (this disc is unreadable)

So could I have an answer to this solution
