Need For Speed Heat - I don’t have access to online content.

Hey there! I hope someone can help me. 

I recently signed up for Game Pass Ultimate for my PC and have access to my game pass games as well as my EA Play games. 

I downloaded Heat and had no issues running it online.

Now this is where I have the problem…

Apparently, I have two Origin accounts. This one and a previous one I made when I was much younger. Seeing that, I wanted to do away with that account and have everything linked to this one (MrJohnnyBoyy). 

So I called up EA and long story short, that old account is deleted and everything that should be linked to my MrJohnnyBoyy is. The only problem now is I can’t access online content anymore. 

I am aware that this is a completely different account so my saved data will be lost, which is completely fine. I just want to use this account moving forward. 

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
