@Gujer323 I don't know if this will be your case, but currently some players are having some sync issues with the online server and can't play online, but when these people can connect they have their inventory reset (cars, parts, money, etc...). I know this because unfortunately it happened to me.
This problem is probably server sided, but so far we have not received EA answers or solution on this issue.

    Thanks. I can connect with my profile. It is something profile specific. I have customized his restrictions to almost none. With his profile we continue to get a message that says this account cannot connect. There are several reasons why and go to the trouble shooting page. All connectivity tests are good, reset the router, reinstalled the game, etc. This is really frustrating.
