On 10/20/25 there was a aws outage and ever since then the “find session” no longer works for xb players. It will try searching for the first time but will stop soon after and each subsequent time the search is shorter and shorter until it just kicks you back to the online multiplayer menu screen. The only way we can play is to create a match. Please fix ASAP!

I know it may be futile...But it was worth a shot! The way this series gets neglected really just breaks my heart.. I started with Most Wanted 2005 and i STILL actively play it, Went back to play some underground and friggin loved it! Hot pursuit 2010 is a special case because i never really got a chance to play the original sense NFS Rivals had me in a choke hold, I played the remaster as soon as it came out and i HATE myself for not playing the original!! Going on a bit of a tangent lol.... My point is, To see the farcry of passion and soul from those NFS games compared to the NFS games we have now...Its just so sad...
Hope they do tbh the original was better even then that server was shut off and this 1 died too at the same time 🤔
I love this comment I agree with all of this, I had to cancel my Xbox pass because of this issue 3 months ago and go back to PlayStation, the only reason I have online game passes is because of nfs it’s a shame nothing good has come out since hot pursuit, ea get with the program, we need a nfs not this trash you been putting out lately, we need more like hp or most wanted or a combined version
3 months have passed and we xbox players are still unable to matchmake! This is effectively blocking a WHOLE platform from playing your product as intended...Im pretty sure we all understand that this game isn't your top priority anymore but SURELY you can dedicate a small maintenance team to take a look into fixing this GAMEBREAKING issue, A situation like this should not have grounds to stand on and for THIS LONG!! And while you're at it, Would it kill you guys to make it so that WeMod/Cheat Engine CANNOT be attached to the game??? Why can some ordinary player in their mommas basement have the power to crash my game/Boot me from lobbies/Lock my car in neutral gear and follow me from session to session even if its a closed friend session?? This is inexcusable.... So on behalf of the entire Need For Speed community, Please STOP neglecting our favorite racing franchise.

UPDATE: So NOW the EA invites are completely broken for xbox players, So NOW you either host a lobby or DONT PLAY ONLINE!!
Please bring this game back, it happens to be one of the only three good games in the entire franchise alongside Porsche Unleashed and Hot Pursuit II.
And when you create that match you hardly ever find anyone you will be sleep by the time u get to play
Yep after the second month I dropped my subscription and went back to PlayStation to play my nfs, miss my Xbox ps5 controller is trash bulky and square and my Xbox driver friends are stuck suffering no games, psn night_riderz_rev add me and we can get lobbies started that way
Going on 3 months and almost Christmas & still no fix. What are we paying for 😡
