Need for Speed Most Wanted (Criterion) Error 193

Theres a few things we can try if you have not already. 

1. If you still have a demo version of NFS Most Wanted uninstall it, then try to launch the full game. 
2. Verify your platform is connected to the correct EA account - You can check here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index
3. If your account is connected, try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com
4. If possible test a different account on your device to see if the message continues.

1. is not applicable, never had the demo installed.

2. was already suggested (without success) by the support agents. Game still complains.

3. I have not tried yet, but I doubt it'll help.

4. was successful, a wholly different Xbox Gamertag and EA Account combo was perfectly fine and able to play online. 

Tried to play today, check if anything's changed. Nope, still giving the error.

Thanks for the udpate! What is the EA ID and Xbox GT your currently using?

EA ID and the Xbox Gamertag are exactly the same: SargeCassidy.

I have had a previous Xbox Gamertag on this account, yes. But I was able to play this (and many other EA games) after the switch, so it broke between me swapping and now. And it only broke Most Wanted AFAIK.
