Need For Speed Most Wanted(2012): Xbox 1 controller isn't recognized on PC

As an addendum, I don't want to HAVE to use xpadder to play with my controller...

Have the same problem but with my xbox 360 controller, i reinstalled the drivers and everything and it works perfect in every other game I have in my PC
