My 2018 Ipad is wifi only mate ive tried every thing it runs  on a Ipad 4 , ipad pro ,and 2017 ipad no problem 

Still won’t run keeps coming up No Connection and make sure your on the network and to make sure flight mode is off and in the bottom right hand corner there is a code E003

It may be worthwhile power cycling your router.

Yes mate all other games work fine its a brand new router and ive just gotten a fibre connection

Can you make sure all iPad/iOS updates as well as system app updates are completed, there may be something not working if they are not up to date as may be the case with a new device.
