Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the game @BillySab75. Answers HQ is a player-to-player forum so we cannot restore your lost data. To do that you will need to contact Firemonkeys directly. Before doing so, please make sure to check this article about lost data and issues with the Cloud.

- Hi! I already knew this issue before, usually on bottom left there was a "Sign in" button, but thiz time there isn't one and I can't get in my profile. I was lv 65, I was willing to complete today's special event, but now my hope is gone. Cry... In addition, the captcha for ticket support doesn't work... Doh. ;(
