Need for Speed No Limits Tournament Credits Bug

The Need for Speed No Limits game did not give me tournament credits for about 15 Muscle Maniacs tournament races. Is there any way to get these 12000 Tournament Credits credited to my account tonight or get my money back? I paid for the races with gold that I bought yesterday for $10. I'm on track to win 900 gold back if I place first.
