Did you get the problem fix? Because I am encountering the same problem, and I don't know what to do.

No fix yet. Still happening for me. I am waiting for a patch cause this is to unstable to play.
Hopefully EA will, at least, acknowledge this post, let alone acknowledge that this problem needs to be fixed.

I think I found the problem, do you happen to use a bluetooth Xbox controller? It was the bluetooth connection keep on interfere with the game causing it to crash the whole pc, I switch to a regular usb controller and it works fine now!Hi cxyu825,
No, I dont use a bluetooth Xbox controller. I use a Razer Onza USB controller.
I'll try switching it up and see if that fixes things.
Thanks for your input and help, you're the first person who has helped... EA should be paying you and not their "Tech Support" staff. They seem to be useless.
