Need for speed payback stuttering

Need for speed payback stuttering and freezing especially in the city. Gpu usage drop to 70%. Frostbite engine is a joke when it comes to racing games. This will be my last nfs game promes. I7 690...

Try reducing your Ambient Occlusion to SSAO or OFF and see if it makes the game run smoother. Higher levels are not recommended.

  why ? i have a gtx 1080ti, when the gpu usage is 99%, the fps is above 100
  need for speed rival better graphics.
  so disappointed and i can't refund, i bought a key and not directly from origin ☹️

    need for speed is dead like call of duty.
    i thought that EA will makes need for speed shine again after the failure of need for speed 2015.
    but what a disaster, need for speed payback even worst than need for speed 2015.
