Need for Speed Rivals : no sound

I have the same problem and bought the game and start no matter if x64 or x86 the problem is that no sound I have a hp envy laptop and everything is updated to the day but the problem persists you uninstall the game and came back to install and the problem persists gave him to repair in the origin and also the problem continues I contact ea support and they do not know where they stand

same computer and the same problem for me.

Hello, i've a MSI laptop (Dominator Pro), all driver are installed and the other games sound are okey only NFS Rivals have that issue.

These NFS games ALL work in Windows 8.1.BUT No sound in Windows 10 .EA have failed us as to updating these games to work with later O?S?
