Need for speed Rivals Xbox 360 - Download won't complete

So i bought the digital game from xbox market online and every time i try to download it , it stops at 80% and than says that it can't be downloaded . I speaked 4 time with the xbox support and they said to come here and se what to do because they cand do anything!

So what should i do?

I see, if you want to install the game then you'll need a separate hard drive on Xbox 360 Slim platforms.

Need for Speed Rivals Xbox 360 installation

Need for Speed Rivals on the Xbox 360 requires an Xbox 360 Hard Drive with 3GB of storage space for a mandatory installation of game disc content. you will be prompted to perform this installation the first time time you boot up your game.

You cannot play your game without this installation, nor can it be installed on flash memory sticks, or internal flash memory--such as the internal memory of the Xbox 360 Slim, or 4GB model.

Hard Drives are available and sold separately for the Xbox 360 Slim/4GB, Arcade, and Core consoles.

Xbox 360 - Installing hard-drive content to my Xbox 360 fails

Players who install their Need for Speed Rivals game disc to their hard drive before launching their game and installing the relevant hard drive installation content may have their Hard Drive content installation fail upon booting up their game.

To workaround this issue, simply wait to install your game disc to your hard drive until after starting your game for the first time and performing the required hard drive content install.

If you've already installed your game disc, and your hard drive content installation fails once you've booted your game, simply attempt to install the hard drive content again, when prompted. You'll be able to install your game content without any negative effect.

After you've installed your hard drive installation content, feel free to install your Need for Speed Rivals game disc as you may have originally intended.

The thing is that i don't have the cd ... because it was bought digitally. And it doesn't dowbload completely!

I think it's kind of messed up that Microsoft won't give you a refund but when you buy the digital download for said game mine as well only gets to 80% and I have one of the original Xbox 360s not the slim and I think it's kind of messed up to have someone have to go out and buy a separate external hard drive after they've already bought the game I think that should be fixed maybe an old platform but it shouldn't matter because honestly I'm about 40 bucks light in my wallet thanks to that not being able to download because need for speed most wanted does it as well

hi.
i solved it.
1.on my laptop i connected to vpn(turkey) and shared that connection by ethernet.
2.connected through crossed ethernet cable from laptop to xbox 360.
3.download game 100%.
