Need for speed rivals xbox one loading screen freeze......

So i recently bought NFS Rivals on my xbox one(Digital copy) and i tried to play the game. However a little a problem occured and i was stuck sitting at a loading screen for at least 30 minutes and it still continues to occur...... im kind of annoyed about this problem.. I havent even been able to play the game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Same here mostly. I have a physical copy, yet after the install if I try and run the game it shows me the loading screen for a few moments then goes back to the XBox Home Screen.

For Xbox one, if your hard reset your xbox (turn it off, let the little whit button stop flashing and hold the power button down for 10 seconds) and then let the xbox stay off for a few minutes it fixed it for me. Hope that helps guys.

Found out It's their servers, and unfortunately it's an issue that's been going on for years, at this time it looks like the only solution is to not buy their games!

I downloaded the Free Play/Trial version, and I kept running into this issue. Go through intro, press “A”, Signing into EA Server, Finding Game to Join, and then Freeze/Crash.

Only after multiple attempts of trying to get in, does it sometimes work and let me in. But then sometimes it drops me out while I am in, something about “migrating host” issue or something. So I thought, well since this is a free version, maybe I need to buy the full version, so that maybe I would be the host and not run into this issue anymore. (Thinking this was similar to when I used to host Counter Strike way back in the day! Like 2002/2003 timeframe.) But needless to say, I was wrong and the issue still persists.
