Need for speed rivals xbox one loading screen freeze......

After contacting EA I have a fix. Go to advanced network settings and clear your alternate Mac address (something like that). Cut the xbox off unplug for a minute turn xbox back on wait for 10-15 minutes to let the settings update and start the game. Should be good to go.
