Need for Speed Underground 2 key isn't working on Origin

Hello. I have Need for Speed Underground 2 DVD(physical copy). But my key isn't working on Origin. I contact an EA Advisor and told me to attach photos of the game's box, CD, and receipt to my case. I have all of these requested things and have attached the pictures to my case. Could Need for Speed Underground 2 be added to Origin by EA Advisors?
