need for speed wont go past enter to continue or it wont start at all

Need for speed payback has not gone of to a good start for me first the game started with the enter to continue not working reinstalled the game clean rebooted and it worked for a while the game ran fine until i got the first new car the BMW when starting to race for the house and the map got pixelated and i was like yeah its just a bug or something i drove for a while and came to a completly empty area that was wired since people was floating in the air and there was invisible walls so i figured out that the game couldt load the houses i didnt care for that so i just continued to follow the road like normal until the road went away and i fell under the map and couldnt get back up i drove under the map for a while and the game went black finnaly i hit a respawn barrier or something and the screen just went black and did not come back so i went to exit the game alt+f4 and i wanted to re enable my Nvidia services so i could use nvidia overlay to record and stuff and the game wont start up again i click on play it loads for a few secounds and the play button becomes clickable again no errors or anything is there any fixes for this? i feel like i cant play the game unless i basicly cant have windows running at this point bootable need for speed anyone?

Contacted support they had me go trough about 13 steps

1> Please change the Compatibility Mode.
2> Make sure you are running the latest version of Origin.
3> Run the game in Window Mode.
4> Get a DxDiag. For more information on the same, please visit this link https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
/>5> Check for conflicts and Antivirus/Firewall issues
6> Clean registry, clear cache and temp files. For more information you can visit this link https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/pc/clearing-your-temporary-files/
You can also download and install and run ccleaner to do this step.
7> Update your computer
Update your operating system
Download and install the latest DirectX Redistributable and the player DirectX for the game
Download and install the latest version of the .NET Framework
Download and install the latest updates to C++
Update your graphics card drivers
nVidia
AMD
Check your dxdiag and update any other out-of-date drivers or services
Update network drivers if new drivers exist
8> Run the game in Admin Mode
9> Disable Origin Overlay
For the above step, please perform the below mentioned steps:-
a> Log into Origin and choose Application Settings from the Origin pulldown menu.
b>Go to the Installs & Saves tab menu.
c>Toggle the button to 'OFF' in the Cloud storage section next to Saves.
d>Choose Installs & Saves at the top of Origin.
e>Toggle OFF the button next to Saves in the Cloud storage section.
f>Log out of Origin and delete the save data for the affected game.
Note: Game save data is often located in the Documents folder or inside Documents\My Games.
g>Log into Origin, then launch and play the affected game to create a new save file.
Note: Players will need to play long enough to create a new save file — the time this takes varies
greatly from game to game.
h>Toggle the button to ON in the Cloud storage.
i>Select Use Local Data when prompted with Cloud Save Conflict.
Note: This should replace the corrupt cloud data with good local data, and let the customer play and
save successfully.
10>Set up a Gaming Profile
11>Create a new test Admin account (For Mac - Yosemite or El Capitan)
12>Perform a clean boot

13>Get an UO Trace, then review the results. For more information please visit this link https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-tro
