NFS 2012 Crash to desktop

Game crashes again n again to desktop.. says "Need for Speed Most Wanted stopped working". Tried everything.. Nothing worked... See here

I'm running it on WIN7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD FX-6150
8 GB Crossair Vengence
SAPHIER 7950 felix O.C
Cool Master Ex2 PW/SUP


Same problem, after small amount of time it crashes with that window that says that it has stopped with this codes.
that is beside the FPS drop issue ☹️
