NFS (2016) Deluxe edition is no longer available in English

I live in Poland (but am not Polish) and before I purchased 2 games around a year ago I made sure I had the English version selected. I had no issues playing these games in English until I realized there is a great offer and I could play more games with EA Play subscription. So I purchased EA play and then my NFS (2016) stopped working "Sorry this language is not available in your region try uninstalling and adding it again". (not sure about the text but this was the point of it).

So I did uninstall the game and when I tried to reinstall only Polish and Russian were available. After some fight with tech support I got rid of my EA play subscription but was hoping my "English" version games will come back. Well no, not really. Still Russian and Polish are available. 

During the conversation with the tech support it turned out that EA chooses language for you based on your region which is pretty much mental. I'm truly curious what you guys do in Belgium..

Anyways, I would like to get my Need For Speed 2016 Deluxe edition back in ENGLISH. It's not my fault that EA "overrides" my current games / versions because I purchased a service in a country which is different to my game language..

Also cannot really comprehed how is this possible in such a big company (with kinda unlimited resources) to not to test something like this? Significantly smaller (meaning 5-7 member) software development teams have better testing than EA.

If you have any idea, please let me know. I'm well aware there is a "registry" edit, but not sure if it works with Polish/Russian (as I heard this is literally the only strict language settings version).
