From what I can tell your CPU is below the minimum requirements to run Need for Speed. This would explain the issues with the game. You can double-check this on the Can You RUN It page.

yeah i check it and the program telling me that i can run it on my pc.

problem is when im running the game from the origin.

i cant see any lodaing screen only the error ☹️ help please...

i paid soo much money for your game so i want to play ☹️

i know the guy who has almost the same computer like my and he can play nfs 🙂

When checking if a game can run on your system you can't really check for "similar" systems as there could be many differences, even the smallest ones, keeping a game from working.

At the same time, I checked three websites that state that your FX-4300 processor is slower than the minimum required i3-4130. Since I don't see any other anomalies on your dxdiag, this is most likely the reason why the game doesn't work.

Lastly, you could try a clean boot to see if your system can handle the game if you have no programs running in the background. Also note that if you purchased the game with us and you can't get it to run, then you will be eligible for a refund.

hmmm maybe but the game actually must start whatever happend :/
