NFS Carbon (PC version) server down at the moment

Carbon server was running fine last week, and Carbon is not on the list of games to be shut down in 2018, so it may be temporary.

Update, the Carbon server is now running again. It was shut down for about 1 hour or so. EA chat support mentioned that they were doing maintenance on their servers, so apparently Carbon is part of a group of servers including ones for more recent games that are still running online, perhaps at the same facility as other games.
