I remember that in multiple previous games with AI roaming racers, it would be cool if they could do that online and set up random instant sprints based on your location upon honking the horn and them either them honk back or hit the R1/Right Bumper to accept. I would accept random races on the map, though this is the lesser answer.
@XxLadyHornxX Having it would definitely bring back those underground vibes and bring the world to life a bit more.
