NFS Heat: Community Wraps Not Loading

It’s all the games mate not just heat I’m playing unbound and it’s the same can change number plates but wraps are messed up all saying they were designed in 1970 and can’t actually see them or equip them. It’s abit of a joke and it probably won’t get fixed either unbound has bad bugs since the new season and they haven’t done anything about them yet! 

Hello, I’m also having the same issue. Since yesterday (03/12/2026), the wraps won’t load and I also tried to restart the game, turning the internet and the console on and off, uninstall the game and download it again but nothing has worked. I hope this issue will be resolved soon. 

FYI : I play on PS5

I think my issue might be related to this. I'm getting an "Item System Synchronization Error" like 80060000 or 40010000 every time i try to go online. I play on PC (steam), and it started 3/13/2026.

Can i ask something too. I loss data game in this game. I lost many car and money on it. As you can see in image this is the proof. Even my character is not malem but Asian female.

Bro, are you a bot or something? I search for this annoying issue on multiple topics on this forum and your account pops up on most of them, yet no real solution and it seems like more and more people are experiencing it. I know that you had abandoned the game long time ago, just like you did with Unbound, but why are you guys such greedy jerks to still sell the games to the people if you know that you can't (or don't care anymore) mentain the servers or have a backlog team to fix fast issues like this? At this point, you're getting worse than Ubisoft and that says a lot. 

And yes, still experiencing the issue. No, I won't erase my progress. Yes, I would go and pirate and play offline only if your broke **bleep** won't go and fix this faster. :)

Last I heard the team who would actually be responsible for fixing these bugs in Heat apparently hasn't existed for years so, yes, this probably is a bot, and No, these are Not getting fixed.  Not in Heat anyway, no matter how many of us complain.  Which sucks because it's an objectively better game than Unbound lol.  They probably Want Heat to die in a vain hope we'll all move on to Unbound...

Community Wraps have been working again on the Steam PC version of the game since a few days ago.

However, license plate text, custom text decals, and Crew search features are still being affected by the profanity filter bug. As reported by others, these features have been broken for a few weeks now. The game's profanity filter detects any string input as invalid, including blank entries or a single space.

Apparently, there are also issues with creating a Crew, as it requires text input.
