NFS HEAT issue with achievement Friend Reunited

Hello. According to guides its story related. So you should receive it automatically later. I finished everything, all trophies, all cars etc but still didnt get it. Achievements count 40/42. Does anyone else have the same problem?

There is nothing much that support can do, make sure to fulfill all the achievement requirements.

Thanks for an answer.
Already did and checked several times. Im completely sure there nothing I can do.
Only with help from support or devs.
Do you have any suggestions?

Unfortunately there is nothing much more I can recommend except to check the requirements.
