@MegaBladeZX25 Try replacing the thermal paste on cpu and undust the cooler. Also try to update the motherboard BIOS since ryzen cpu's can have problems on older bios. NOTE: some APU's might not be supported on some motherboards with a new bios, so check the supported cpu list.
