NFS heat launch issue solution

To those who have issues launching NFS heat or even Unbound here you'll see two extra steps to try that I doubt you will see in some forum.....(I did not so far) and I had to find out myself.

So, in case you have tried a bunch of typical steps given by ea that simply.....never work, unless you have a full corrupted OS at least, keep in mind that no, it's almost never the VC versions, it's never the settings in game.... BUT.... the graphics driver can be at fault and even that in very specific cases, but the main issue, is how well each game can cooperate with features of Nvidia/AMD that are enabled in their panels.

In this case here, for Nvidia, check your DSR and RTX dynamic vibrance in control panel (VSR for AMD).

 NFS heat can and will refuse to launch like a donkey, giving you a nice beep after you hit it to start. I have found that both of them do not cooperate well with this game so I keep them disabled in the game's profile.

I had also the bad luck to use an Asus driver few months ago which was responsible as well, with both DSR/RTX disabled as well and that problem solved when I replaced it with an Nvidia one, although manufacturer drivers do work well usually.
