NFS HEAT Low FPS on Good PC

Dear EA and dear Community,

I started to play Need for Speed Heat on PC.

My PC specs:

- Ryzen 7 5700x

- Radeon RX 6800 TUF

- 32 GB RAM 3600MHz

- Samsung 990 PRO SSD Drive

I am playing on a 180Hz QHD resolution monitor with free-sync enabled.

Sometimes my FPS is around 120-180 but sometimes lock to 30 40 

And now it is stuck to 30-40 i cant get any higher

In games like CP77 or Star Wars DL2 are the framerates stable high like 120fps average.

Is there any way to fix this problem?
 
GPU almost full usage but CPU 50-40 percent
