NFS HEAT McLaren F1 purchased but not able to get it.

I purchased two days ago McLaren f1 on PS4 but I can't get it. I restarted the console but that didn't work.

After contacting support team I was told to report this as a bug.

    I finally did it. I had to in solo and I had to go and install it in PlayStation store after I purchased in game. And I also restart the console after. Finally it worked for me.

    I’m having the same issue and don’t know how to fix it! It’s purchased and installed but when I play the game I don’t have the car!? Can someone please help me!?

    @pat200910 How do you report it as a bug bc I reinstalled on my Xbox like 6 times & it’s still not working, I need to talk to somebody

    @Litohh_RONPETOTO Ya these guys don’t respond been asking for help for weeks now they just send you a case number and tell you F U and carry on with their day

    Gotta go to the PS store search McLaren F1 and download it after you bought it. Pointless extra steps but that’s how u do it

    I also bought it, installed it, restarted my game, restarted my PlayStation and still isn’t there. Checked garage & dealership in both solo and online… nowhere… how do I get this fixed??

    You have to make sure after purchase you download purchase after hope that makes sense and helped
