NFS-MW 2012-2016 issues: Wrong version downloaded and not even working

Hello EA staff and community !!. I am having two issues with my recent purchase of Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012-2016 (NFS - MW as used in this post). Please help.

Issue # 1:

I just purchase the currently available version of NFS - MW from the EA website (https://www.ea.com/games/need-for-speed/need-for-speed-most-wanted), which was supposed to be the new release of the 2012 version that came out on December 11, 2016 according to the same website specifications and game art cover, but the version that I got was the 2005 version.

Issue # 2:

When I try to play the game an error messages appears saying "Invalid License. Reason code = Missing DLL XINPUT1_3.dll    Error 0x0000007e". Please see image attached "NFS - MW error.jpg". I already tried to repair it but still the same error comes up.

Kind request:

How can I go about getting the 2012-2016 version that I paid for and be able to actually play it? Or plan B, get my money back or store credit to choose a different game: I would not want to pay for a game version that I did not choose and that does not even work, please understand.
