NFS No Limits - Android - Lost Progress/Cars/In-App/Everything

Hi,

Yesterday I was playing without issues... during the afternoon I decided to play a bit more but 4G connection on the area dropped and said it was not possible to play because it needs internet connection... OK.

At night I opened the game again to play a bit, and the game started on the tutorial... my progress got lost, my cars (including the shelby GT500 I won in the snoop dog tournament), my money, my gold, my in-app, every single thing.

I tried clicking on the "Download Data" from the cloud and this one was empty (when I did a manual upload, and google play is signed in to upload automatically on each save).

How do I recover my in-app and all my progress... I was lvl 24 with several cars, very upgraded with a lot of career progress... 

Firemonkeys support is not answering... so I'm expecting EA to take responsiblity on this and get from their backup my yesterday latest save.

PS: I can provide App. Version, Game ID, Google Play Account, everything.

    3 Days and still no response from Firemonkeys... they seem to be real monkeys...

    What a lack of support, god...

    After 5 Days with no response on my ticket with Firemonkeys, I finally decided to contact google for a refund on my in-app purchase.

    The game is good as far as you don't need support. If something happens, you are on your own... forget receiving support from them.

    Sam here,i lost my save data and the Shelby Snoop Dogg car,i was in chapter 5 last day..after a crashing game..when i got back in game all my save data was lost and i was back to chapter 2 and all my gold,rep,money,car upgrades was lost.Nobody answered to me from firemonkeys also

    Just sharing my experience from their support and the game so you know what to expect.

    Lost my rank 25 save before for unknown reasons and tried to contact them. When they replied after 3-5 days, they claim that my save can no longer be retrieved and just gave me in-game gifts(money, parts, fuel, gold, visual points & blueprints). While the gifts are somewhat sufficient in getting back up to my previous rank, I don't think the same gifts would be sufficient when you are about rank 30 or higher. Their save system is really flawed. I'd advise not to play yet especially those with inconsistent internet connection because chances are your save is gonna be lost again. I've already lost my save data thrice

    Same here,lost my data save because an error and nobody answer to me since 5 days,and lost the Shelby also..

    Today, while I wait from Firemonkeys to refund my in-app and get back the Snoop Dog's Shelby GT I've won during the tournament, I've reached lvl28... 

    I'm now using DataSync+ to backup my game, because firemonkeys is disgusting as EA (That's not the word I'm thinking of, but I don't want to get banned to express myself).

    Bad to know that once they were acquired by EA they have become the same "you know"

    I had the same problem and lost all of my progress when I downloaded the update on 1/11/16. I was a level 37 with all the street and second level cars fully upgraded. I have contacted EA, Apple and fire monkeys..... I really hope their support has improved....
