    It is now confirmed that both the new Civic type R (2017) and the old JDM beast (2000) will be in Need For Speed Payback!

Well we know that you can't start pursuits without approaching a bait crate since there won't be police in free-roam otherwise...

All that emphasis on ways the police can combat you and it only has any meaning when YOU decide start a pursuit, which makes no freaking sense.

    Actually , it does make sense. Because cops can hide in blind spots without you wanting to start a pursuite , which is annoying at times. If you REALLY want to fight with the cops you choose when and with what car. The Crew does this beautifuly , and yes. The Crew isnt NFS and The Crew have free roaming cops but they never go after you..
